Sanjoli Sakhuja is a qualified Art Psychotherapist based in New Delhi, where she runs a private practice. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi and a Master's in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London. With over eight years of clinical experience, Sanjoli has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of therapeutic settings. She currently works primarily with individuals aged 21 to 40, supporting them in areas such as stress and anxiety management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and navigating family and relationship dynamics, including trauma. Sanjoli is particularly passionate about working with the South Asian population and addressing culturally specific concerns such as family and societal expectations, identity development, and the de-stigmatisation of mental health. She believes in the value of culturally sensitive care and often incorporates themes of belonging, boundaries, and self-exploration into her work. She also has a strong interest in group therapy, especially around shared themes such as identity, intergenerational dynamics, and self-care. She believes in the transformative potential of shared experiences and integrates art-making into her therapeutic approach to create a safe and accessible space for reflection and growth. In addition to individual and group therapy, Sanjoli has facilitated numerous art therapy-based workshops focused on self-care, stress and anxiety management, and creative self-expression. She is deeply committed to using the therapeutic power of art to promote well-being, build resilience, and support individuals on their healing journeys.
